What is your chosen career path in the music industry? Sound engineer/ Performer
What are your current skills? Guitar playing Software skill (logic, cubase, windows movie maker, etc.)	How can you demonstrate these? I can perform with success and confidence I have got few tracks made on logic and other software, some of this are produced.
What skills will you need to develop? Guitar playing will always have to be on development. logic Live sound engineering.	Why? These skills are very important for my development in the music industry, the more skill you have got, the more opportunities you will get.
What further education/training will you need and why? live sound engineering education/training are very useful for my progress,this job requires a lot of skill.

Target 1: To improve my guitar playing by developing solid techniques when practicing
How will this help you reach your career aim? It will improve my development as a guitar player	Action plan (steps you needs to take): Learn new playing techiniques,and a apply them to my playing
What resources/help will you need and why? Guitar dvd’s are very helpful, i can either find them on a music shop or youtube/internet. Most of the instructors are very expirienced, and i can choose my playing style.	When do you plan to reach this target? 21st of April
	How will you be able to demonstrate that you have reached the target? (what evidence will there be?) By performing songs that i haven’t played before and are based on a solid playing.

How will this help you reach your career aim? It will help me to improve a lot faster and make my dedication stronger	Action plan (steps you needs to take): find information and any other resources such as dvd’s, documentaries, books, tutors etc. And use them often
What resources/help will you need and why? Use the necesary resources to learn and help my practicing,this will increase my knowledge and expirience.	When do you plan to reach this target? Start: 26th of march End : N/A
	How will you be able to demonstrate that you have reached the target? (what evidence will there be?) By composing and performing new ideas.

My musical style is mainly pure black metal,but I also listen to metal in general; my style is influenced by bands like Venom, Nargaroth, Bathory, Drowning the light, Dark Funeral, Immortal, Nortt, Enthroned, Rotting Christ,and  Ofermod just to name a few.

My visual style is based on the music i listen to, but black metal is not just entertainment, it is a life style, is strength,is art, is war, is misanthropy,is the "devil's music". My visual style is aggressive and can be easily identified by society as somebody that listens to metal in general, most of the times i wear leather outfits and boots , skinny trousers, rings , wrist bands with spikes ..... 

I didn't choose this style, It grew up inside of me as I was getting older and as my eyes were seeing how corrupted other humans were , my hate against society grew stronger with the time, I didn't choose this style to impress or to show anything to anybody, this is just who I am, this is how I feel alive.
